Program Logistics & Access

When does the program start?
Each round has its own start date, and our next adventure kicks off with a free welcome Zoom on September 10th. The official journey begins Wednesday, September 17th at 5 pm (PST) — mark your calendar, grab your tea, and get ready.

How will I access the live sessions and recordings?
Every week you’ll get a friendly reminder email with the Zoom link (spoiler: it’s always the same one, so you can keep it handy).

What if I can’t make it live?
No worries — all replays land in the program platform within 48 hours, ready for you to watch in your PJs, coffee in hand.

What if I am only signing up for the "Go at Your Own Pace" option?
Most everything here still applies except your program start and group participation. You simply sign up, and the program begins for you! You will still have a one week waiting period to receive your supplements (hardcopy manual is NOT included).

Supplements & Materials

When will my supplement & support kit arrive?
Even though this is an “8-week” program, we start with a bonus onboarding week to give you time to receive your goodies, explore the platform, and settle in before the magic begins.

Are the supplements safe for everyone?
I’ve handpicked the safest, most effective options out there for a group program like this. This form is designed to capture any unique needs/concerns and to let me know before we begin so we can make adjustments (small fee may apply depending on swaps).

Payment & Refunds

Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! You can split your payment into 2 — the second one due 30 days later. There is a $50 convenience fee for each payment. When you get to the checkout page you will have the option to select "Split my Registration Payment" and you will be sent to your email inbox the split payment invoice to fill out, pay and submit.

What’s your refund policy?
If you change your mind within the first 2 weeks, you’ll receive a full refund minus $850 for the cost of the supplements and supplies. After that, all sales are final. Payment plans must be completed in full, even if you decide not to finish the program.

What if I miss a payment?
Your card on file will be billed automatically. If payments go past due, there’s a $50 late fee for every 30 days missed.

Program Fit & Expectations

Is this program right for me if I’m under a doctor’s care?
Always check with your provider first — but know that many conventional doctors may not embrace the natural methods we use. This program doesn’t replace your doctor, but it can play nicely alongside many health plans.

How much time will I need each week?
Plan for about 3-ish hours a week. That covers live sessions, quick module videos, and putting your weekly health strategies into action. (You can pause and pick up anytime.)

Will this work if I already eat healthy?
Absolutely — in fact, you’re ahead of the game! This program goes beyond diet, giving your cells the full support they need to thrive. Any supplements you are currently taking can be evaluated during Open Office Hours to see what is compatible and what may be best to pause until after the program is over.
