Body in Balance Session

Nervous System Restoration & Whole-Person Support

The human body was designed by God with remarkable systems of communication and restoration.

But when the body has been under stress for too long—physically, emotionally, or spiritually—the nervous system can become stuck in a constant state of tension.

When that happens, the body may struggle to function the way it was designed to.

The Body in Balance Session is designed to help the body settle, recalibrate, and return to a more balanced state.

Through gentle hands-on care, supportive therapeutic tools, and prayer, the goal is simple:

  • Calm the nervous system

  • Reduce stress on the system

  • Support the body’s natural design

A Personalized Approach

How the Session Works

No two sessions are exactly the same...

Each session is personalized.

We begin by talking through what you’ve been experiencing and then use muscle testing to help identify areas where the body may be under stress or out of balance.

Depending on what your body responds to, the session may incorporate a variety of supportive tools designed to help calm the nervous system and support the body’s return to balance.

The focus is always the same:

Helping the body settle, rebalance, and function the way it was designed to.

From there, the session may include...

A combonation of:

  • Gentle hands-on techniques

  • Therapeutic tools that support the body’s communication systems

  • Nervous system calming approaches

  • Prayer and spiritual support

Therapeutic tools include (but not limited to):

  • SCENAR

  • Aleph-Tav Body

  • Essential Oils

  • Sound & Light

Faith-Centered Care

Prayer is an important part of this work.

As part of our Private Membership Association, sessions may include prayer and biblical encouragement as we invite God’s peace and wisdom into the process.

Because of this, these sessions are best suited for individuals who are comfortable receiving care in a Christ-centered environment.

What to Expect

Sessions are mostly done fully clothed.

However, because some therapies may require access to certain areas of the body, it is helpful to bring comfortable clothing such as:

• Shorts
• A tank top

This simply allows flexibility depending on what your body may need during the session.

Is This Session Right for You?

This session may be helpful if you:

  • Feel stuck in chronic stress or nervous system overload

  • Want a gentle, supportive approach to wellness

  • Appreciate a faith-centered approach to care

  • Are open to prayer being part of your session

  • Want to support your body’s natural balance

What happens during a session and how should I prepare?

Each session is personalized.

We begin by talking briefly about what you’ve been experiencing and then use muscle testing to help identify areas where the body may be under stress or out of balance.

From there, the session may include gentle hands-on techniques, supportive therapeutic tools, nervous system calming approaches, and prayer.

Sessions are mostly done fully clothed, but it can be helpful to bring comfortable clothing such as shorts and a tank top in case easier access to certain areas of the body is needed.

The goal of the session is to help the body settle and return to balance in a way that respects what the body is ready for that day.

How long are sessions and what is the cost?

Sessions typically last about 60 minutes and the cost is $100 per visit.

However, some sessions may take less time, and that is completely normal. We listen carefully to the body throughout the session, and when it indicates it has had enough input for the day, we stop.

The goal is never to push more into the system simply because time remains, but to respect what the body is ready to receive.

For those planning multiple visits, 6-session packages are available with a 15% discount.

How might I feel after a session?

Responses vary from person to person.

Some people notice:

• A deep sense of calm or relaxation
• Improved sleep that night
• Reduced tension in the body
• Feeling tired for a few hours as the body settles

Occasionally the body may continue adjusting over the next day or two as the nervous system recalibrates. Drinking water and allowing yourself a little extra rest that day can be helpful.

How many sessions will I need?

That varies from person to person.

Some individuals benefit from just a few sessions, while others choose to come periodically to support nervous system balance and overall wellness.

Your body’s response over the first few visits often helps guide what may be most helpful moving forward.

Do sessions include prayer?

Yes.

Prayer is an important part of this work. As part of our faith-based Private Membership Association, sessions may include prayer and biblical encouragement.

Because of this, these sessions are best suited for individuals who are comfortable receiving care in a Christ-centered environment.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice so the time can be offered to another member.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed appointments, may be subject to the full session fee.

Thank you for honoring the time set aside for your care.

Do I need to be a member to book?

Yes.

All services are provided through our Private Membership Association (PMA), which allows us to offer faith-centered care for our members in a private setting.

When scheduling your first appointment, you will be asked to review and sign the membership agreement.

If you are already a member, you do not need to complete the form again. You may simply dismiss it unless there has been an update to the membership agreement, in which case you will be asked to review and sign the updated version.

Membership helps ensure that all care provided within the practice is understood to be private, voluntary, and faith-centered.
