An individual Paid Membership for the spouse or partner of an active Main Member who wants their own access to individualized care, education, support, and the Abundant Health Ministries community.

The Spouse/Partner Add-On includes one eligible 60-minute Individualized Care appointment per calendar month, access to member-only Individualized Care services, brief health-related communication between appointments, Kitchen Round Table gatherings and community opportunities, supplement savings, preferred member pricing on select services, and discounted or complimentary educational resources when offered.

$125/month. Billing begins on the date of enrollment and recurs monthly. The Spouse/Partner Add-On is available only while the associated Main Member maintains an active Paid Membership.

The included appointment is administered by calendar month, does not routinely roll over, and has no cash value. Membership fees are not prorated based on enrollment date. Reasonable scheduling flexibility may be provided for the first appointment when enrolling late in a calendar month.

Membership benefits and appointments are individual and cannot be shared or transferred between spouses/partners.

Active AHM Private Membership Association membership is required for the spouse/partner. Purchase of this product activates the Spouse/Partner Paid Membership and constitutes agreement to the applicable Paid Membership Terms.
