Sero-tonin Synd-rome (a life-threatening condition) was seen in surgeries where very high doses of MB were administered with SS-RIs, drugs that increase serotonin, and there were lethal effects. The FDA maintains a warning to not combine methylene blue with SS-RI however, the Mayo Clinic retracted this warning, and the country of Canada has as well. With that said, I must say not to combine MB with SS-RIs or medicines such as MDMA, MDA, Ayahuasca, and psilo-cybin as they increase serotonin or have MAO-I properties like MB. Although safe for children, this product should be kept out of the reach of children. Do not use it if the packaging is open or damaged.
