Sessions are typically about 60 minutes, though some may take less time as we listen carefully to what the body is ready for during each visit.

Package sessions must be used within 8 weeks of purchase.

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed appointments, may be subject to the full session fee.

Sessions may include prayer and are best suited for those comfortable in a Christ-centered environment.
