A six-month Paid Membership for those who want a deeper level of individualized care, connection, education, and support through Abundant Health Ministries.

Membership includes one eligible 60-minute Individualized Care appointment per calendar month, access to member-only Individualized Care services, brief health-related communication between appointments, Kitchen Round Table gatherings and community opportunities, supplement savings, preferred member pricing on select services, and discounted or complimentary educational resources when offered.

$750 prepaid for six months — pay for five months and receive the sixth month included.

The included appointment is administered by calendar month, does not routinely roll over, and has no cash value. Membership benefits are not prorated based on enrollment date. Reasonable scheduling flexibility may be provided for the first appointment when enrolling late in a calendar month.

The six-month package represents a six-month membership commitment, not the purchase of six appointments. Membership fees are non-refundable except as otherwise provided in the Paid Membership Terms or at the discretion of Abundant Health Ministries in qualifying extenuating circumstances.

Active AHM Private Membership Association membership is required. Purchase of this product activates Paid Membership and constitutes agreement to the applicable Paid Membership Terms.

Automatic Renewal — Six-Month Membership

Six-month Paid Memberships are billed in advance and automatically renew every six months at the applicable discounted six-month rate ($750 for Main Members or $625 for Spouse/Partner Add-Ons), unless canceled before the next renewal date. Each renewal begins a new six-month membership term. Payments are non-refundable, except as required by law. Extenuating circumstances may be considered individually at the discretion of Abundant Health Ministries.
