Health Stewardship & Clarity Session

Biblical Wisdom and Educational Guidance for Your Health Journey

When a diagnosis feels overwhelming…
When a condition won’t budge…
When you are exhausted from information but still lack peace…

This session creates intentional space to slow down, seek biblical wisdom, and gain clarity on your next steps.

We address the physical and practical realities of your health — while also reconnecting your heart to the Father in the midst of uncertainty.

This is not medical management.
It is discernment, education, and stewardship — so decisions flow from wisdom and peace instead of fear or pressure.

“If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God…” — James 1:5 (KJV)

What This Session Is About

The Health Stewardship & Clarity Session is a structured, 90-minute conversation designed for individuals navigating:

  • A new diagnosis

  • A complex or chronic condition

  • A health situation that feels stuck or confusing

  • Decision fatigue from too many conflicting opinions

During this session we may:

  • Review your current diagnosis and what you’ve already tried

  • Identify overlooked contributors or missing pieces

  • Discuss conventional and integrative options you may not yet be aware of

  • Clarify practical next steps and helpful questions for your providers

  • Create space for prayer and partnership with the Lord for deeper wisdom and insight

This is not meditation or passive reflection.
It is a guided, Christ-centered conversation designed to quiet internal noise and restore clarity — while staying grounded in real-world health considerations.

The objective is simple: to reconnect you to the heart of the Father so your health decisions flow from peace, confidence, and wisdom.

In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.” — Proverbs 3:6 (KJV)

Who This Is For:

  • Desire a faith-aligned perspective on your health

  • Feel overwhelmed and need grounded clarity

  • Are ready to take responsibility for implementation

  • Want education and discernment — not ongoing management

  • Spouses, parents, or primary caregivers supporting a loved one through diagnosis or chronic illness

Who This Is Not For:

This session is not appropriate if you are:

  • Seeking ongoing medical case management

  • Expecting prescriptions, lab ordering, or treatment plans

  • Looking for crisis mental health counseling

  • Unwilling to participate actively in your own stewardship

This session is designed to empower you — not create dependency

Who Is This Session For?

The Health Stewardship & Clarity Session is designed for individuals navigating a new diagnosis, a chronic condition, or a health situation that feels confusing or stuck.

It is not limited to cancer or life-threatening illness. It may be appropriate for anyone seeking grounded clarity, faith-aligned perspective, and practical next steps in their current season.

Primary caregivers — including spouses, parents, or adult children supporting a loved one — are also welcome to schedule a session. Caregivers often carry significant emotional and decision-making weight, and this appointment can provide space for clarity and spiritual alignment as they support someone else’s journey.

If the individual facing the diagnosis is willing and able to participate, their presence is encouraged — but it is not required.

For minors, a parent or legal guardian must schedule and be present for the session. The focus remains on education, discernment, and stewardship rather than medical management.

What This Session Is — and Is Not

This session is not medical management.

No prescriptions are written.
No labs are ordered.
No treatment plans are created.
No ongoing case management is provided.

While we may discuss your current diagnosis, review previous labs at a high level, or explore possible contributors, this appointment is focused on education and discernment — not clinical oversight.

This session is also not mental health counseling or therapy. While emotional and spiritual burdens may surface during the conversation, the purpose is clarity and alignment, not trauma processing or psychological treatment.

Communication with your licensed medical providers is not included. If you choose to share insights from this session with your doctors or care team, that responsibility remains yours.

The goal is perspective and grounded direction — empowering you to steward your health confidently within your existing medical relationships or to help guide you in bringing new ones into your health team.

What If I Am in Crisis?

The Health Stewardship & Clarity Session is not designed for medical or psychiatric emergencies.

If you are experiencing an acute medical emergency — such as severe chest pain, difficulty breathing, signs of stroke, or any life-threatening condition — please seek immediate medical care or call emergency services.

If you are in active mental health crisis, experiencing thoughts of self-harm, or require urgent psychological support, please contact a licensed mental health provider or local crisis services.

This session is intended for individuals who are medically stable and seeking clarity, perspective, and faith-aligned direction within an existing care framework.

If you are unsure whether your situation is appropriate for this session, you are welcome to request a brief screening call prior to booking.

Spiritual Framing

Prayer is available and welcomed during this session, but it is never forced.

If you desire, we will intentionally invite the Lord’s wisdom and guidance into your health situation — asking for clarity, discernment, and peace before making decisions. This is not meditation or passive reflection, but a focused, Christ-centered conversation rooted in biblical truth.

If you are unsure about your faith or still exploring your spiritual beliefs, you are still welcome here. While this session is grounded in a biblical worldview, the goal is not pressure or persuasion — it is clarity, wisdom, and alignment.

You are free to participate at the level that feels appropriate to you.

What Happens After the Session?

At the conclusion of your 90-minute session, you will leave with clearer perspective, practical next steps, and renewed confidence in how to move forward.

A recording of the session will be provided for your personal review, allowing you to revisit key insights and guidance as needed.

This appointment is intentionally structured as a standalone consultation. There is no enrollment in ongoing care, no follow-up obligation, and no expectation of continued sessions.

If, months down the road, new variables arise or you find yourself in need of renewed clarity, you are welcome to schedule another session. Each appointment is approached fresh — grounded in your current season and circumstances.

The goal is not dependency.
It is empowerment — equipping you to steward your health with wisdom, confidence, and peace.

Logistics & Practical Details

Is there anything required before my appointment?
Yes. After booking, you will complete a required intake form. This form is reviewed in advance to ensure our time together is focused, thoughtful, and productive.

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit secures your appointment and covers the time invested in reviewing your intake materials prior to the session.

Because preparation begins before we meet, the deposit is not refundable — even if you cancel outside of 24 hours — unless there are exceptional circumstances.

If you need to reschedule more than 24 hours in advance, your deposit may be applied to a new appointment time.

If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, 50% of the remaining balance ($98.50) will be charged to the card on file.

If your appointment proceeds as scheduled, the remaining balance of $197 will be billed to the card on file within 24 hours after your session.

This structure reflects the professional time invested and honors the commitment made by both parties.

How should I prepare for the session?
Complete the intake form thoroughly and thoughtfully. Come prepared with a concise summary of your current situation and any specific questions weighing on you.

If attending virtually, you must be in a private, distraction-free environment for the full 90 minutes. This is protected time and should be treated accordingly.

What technology is used for virtual sessions? Is it HIPAA-compliant?
Virtual sessions are conducted through a secure video platform link provided after booking.

This appointment is offered under a Private Membership Association (PMA) model and is not structured as conventional medical care. As such, HIPAA-secured platforms are not utilized.

By scheduling, you acknowledge and consent to this format.

Is insurance accepted?
No. This session is not medical care and is not billed to insurance. Payment is made directly according to the terms listed above.

Scholarships are awarded based on sincerity, need, and availability. Approval is not guaranteed.

No. While this work is faith-driven, it is structured as a professional service. Clear financial terms protect both parties and ensure focused, committed engagement.

Are you an ordained pastor? What is your professional background?
This session is not offered under ordination from a specific church or denominational body. I am not an ordained pastor.

I am a highly trained doctor in the alternative healthcare field with extensive clinical experience, along with additional training in trauma-informed care and faith-based inner healing work.

The Health Stewardship & Clarity Session reflects a calling to integrate what is often separated — the physical realities of the body with the spiritual and emotional dimensions of healing.

While many environments focus primarily on either the spiritual or the physical, this session seeks to bring those dimensions into thoughtful alignment.

There is currently no formal “health pastor” training pathway. This model represents an intentional effort to bridge that gap responsibly and biblically.

Participation in this session requires maturity, personal responsibility, and active engagement in your own stewardship.
